Deviation value of metal stamping parts

The deviation of metal stamping parts relative to the size of the convex and concave molds is mainly due to the extrusion deformation and fiber deformation of the material when the parts are pushed out of the concave mold (blanking parts) or unloaded from the punch (punching parts). It is caused by elastic recovery due to elongation, dome, etc. The deviation value may be positive or negative. The factors that affect this deviation are: the gap between the convex and concave molds, the material properties, and the shape and size of the workpiece.
