When IPQC finds a non-conforming product during the process inspection, it should promptly notify the production department of the defect and place the non-conforming product in the non-conforming product area for waiting. Disposal, issue a 'correction and avoidance step list' and submit it to the relevant responsibility department to dispose of nonconforming products intermittently, analyze the reasons, and formulate corrective steps. 5. The production department will intermittently dispose of nonconforming products based on the opinions in the MRB. 6.
