Do you know the operating precautions of stamping die fitter?

Metal stamping parts are manufactured through stamping die production and processing, that is, stamping dies are indispensable for the production and processing of stamping parts and need to be operated by humans. Employees need to follow the rules and regulations during the operation process, otherwise it will not only affect the quality of the product, but even cause safety/safety accidents. Among them, mold fitter is one of the types of process technology. Do you know the operating precautions of stamping mold fitter? 1. The use of screwdriver screws (1) The screwdriver screw cannot be hammered with a hammer to avoid breakage of the handle. (2) The blade of the screwdriver should not be too thin or too narrow to avoid slipping out when tightening the screw. (3) The screwdriver screw cannot be used as a chisel. (4) Do not use a screwdriver to tighten the screws while holding the workpiece in your hand. 2. The use of chisel (1) When the chisel is used for a long time, the tail end must be trimmed before it can be used. (2) The top of the chisel should be kept clean and free from grease to avoid slipping off during hitting. (3) When using the chisel, you must hold it tightly and gather your energy. (4) When using a chisel, stop the person standing on the opposite side. If two people are working opposite each other, a barrier or baffle should be placed in front. When the metal shavings are about to be chiseled off, you must quietly apply force to prevent the iron shavings from collapsing and flying and hurting people. 3. The use of hand hammer (1) The wooden handle should be made of hardwood without cracks. (2) Pay attention to the safety/safety of nearby personnel when using hand hammers. (3) The handle and head of the hammer must not be stained with grease, otherwise they will slip easily from the hand. (4) The curling or irregularity of the hammer head should be repaired before use. 4. Use of files and scrapers (1) Do not use scrapers to scrape the workpiece or use excessive force to avoid scratches. (2) Do not use files and scrapers without wooden handles or loose wooden handles. (3) Do not use a file too hard to prevent it from breaking. (4) Files must not be used as hammers or crowbars. (5) Filing scraps cannot be blown by mouth or wiped by hand. It is necessary to remove them with a brush. 5. The use of wrenches (1) The wrench must be consistent with the dimensions of the screw, otherwise it will slip and cause people to fall. (2) It is necessary to pay attention to the obstacles that may be encountered when using the wrench to avoid hurting the hands. (3) Do not use too much force when screwing the screw with a wrench. Slowly apply force when loosening the screw. 6. The use of electric hand drill (1) It is forbidden to remove iron filings by hand. Wear protective goggles when drilling upwards. (2) Firstly, check whether the electric drill is leaking, whether the grounding wire is firm, and when working on the wire, you should pad wooden boards or wear insulating gloves. If leakage or high temperature is found, immediately stop the operation and repair it by the electrician. It cannot be used forcibly. (3) After the operation is completed, the power supply should be blocked in time to stop pulling the wires at a long distance to avoid electric shock. (4) The clamping of the drill bit must be carried out after the rolling is stopped, and the key must be used. It is forbidden to hit the drill chuck with other objects. 7. The use of hand saw (1) The hand saw blade cannot be installed too loosely or too tightly. (2) When the workpiece is about to be sawn off, do not use too much force to prevent the workpiece from falling and hurting the foot. (3) The workpiece must be fastened firmly to avoid hurting people by breaking the saw blade due to the loosening of the workpiece. (4) It is necessary for the hand saw to reciprocate in the same straight line. Be careful of the saw blade breaking and hurting people if the saw blade is too strong. 8. The use of the vise (1) The vise must be firmly installed on the workbench and cannot be loosened. (2) When clamping a long workpiece for operation, the un-clamped end must be firmly supported with a bracket. Do not hit the vise handle during clamping operation.
