(3) Influence of the radius of the die fillet    The fillet radius of the die is too large, and the blank flows into the die and passes through the die fillet. The smaller the bending resistance to bending deformation. The smaller the bending resistance, the more likely it is to cause wrinkles. The smaller the radius of the die, the greater the bending resistance of the bending deformation, the less likely it is to wrinkle, but it is easy to cause cracking and napping of the part.  Through the accumulation of a large amount of production practice experience, it is proved that the main cause of wrinkling of stamping parts is the accumulation of materials during the stretching process and the excessive speed of local materials.
