When the rd is small and the blank holder force is too small, the flange part has small wrinkles, which often causes the rd part to crack in the later stage of processing. Generally speaking, it can be solved by increasing the blank holder force. (3) The die fillet radius (rd) is poorly processed. If the die fillet radius is poorly processed, the product will be scratched during deep drawing. At the same time, cracks will occur at the die fillet radius at the later stage of processing. The solution is to use a grinding wheel to grind along the direction of movement of the material. (4) The function of the drawstring is not good. If the shape of the drawbead is not good and the blank holder force is weak, as long as a small amount of material flows in the later stage of the process, cracks will often occur.
