The so-called embedded copper nut refers to the embedded copper nut is the nut produced with copper material (usually lead brass, such as H59, H62, etc.). The embedded copper nut we come into contact with daily is mainly hexagonal nut or Other types of embedded copper matched with bolts

1. The pre-embedded nut should be positioned by the mandrel, and the coaxiality between the mandrel and the nut should be φ0.03mm; the matching tolerance of the cylindrical hole on the mold and the shaft section of the mandrel is H9/f9; (Guide: Some knowledge about cast iron slab)

2. The nut must be reliably positioned in the mold, not loosen during the closing movement of the movable mold, and will not shift, leak, or fall off under the impact of high-pressure melt;

3. For sensitive materials such as PC and PC+ABS, the nut needs to be preheated or subsequent heat preservation treatment to reduce the generation of thermal stress (the pre-embedded nut process is not recommended for PC materials);

4. After pre-embedding the nut, the nut should be flush with the top plane of the rubber column, and fall into the top plane of the rubber column no more than 0.2mm.
