Experience-shield design

The shielding cover mainly prevents electromagnetic interference (EMI) and shields the components and LCM on the PCB. It is usually a two-piece type. The bottom part and the motherboard SMT are the frame, and the top part is matched with the bracket. The cover is as follows: Design guidelines for shielding cover: (1) Shielding_frame has a flatness of 0.13mm, sufficient strength, a thickness of 0.3mm, a height of 2mm, a distance of 0.75mm from the edge of the PCB board, and the inner edge of the frame away from the outside The frame is at least 0.8mm. (2) The thickness of the Shieling_cover is 0.2mm; sometimes for the heat dissipation and cooling of the components, small round holes can be added to the cover, with a diameter of ¢1.0~¢1.5mm, too large will lead to poor shielding effect. (3) Shielding_can shielding LCM: All matching uses 0 matching, and the distance between the side of shielding_can and the side of the LCD viewing area is greater than 1.00. Material application: The bracket can generally be Cu-C7521 (R-1/2H or R-OH) ( Nickel white copper, nickel silver, Nickel Silver), stainless steel, tin-plated steel strip (tinplate), etc., it is recommended to use nickel white copper. Reason: nickel silver is better in terms of welding, heat dissipation and steam. The cover is generally made of stainless steel SUS304 (R-1/2H; the design of the shielding cover can be made of 0.1 or 0.15mm thick material, and 0.15mm should be used as much as possible; the bending type shielding bracket should be made of 0.20mm thick material as far as possible, and 0.15mm thick should be used less. The material; the tensile shielding bracket must use 0.2mm thick material.
