Experts: Seven Tips for Practical Maintenance of Electronic Weighing Instruments

1. Before starting the machine, check whether there is any goods on the weighing platform, whether the connection between the sensor signal cable and the meter is correct, and whether the scale body shakes flexibly.

2. Turn on the power, warm up the meter (15 to 30 minutes), and observe whether the self-check of the meter is normal.

3. When weighing, the goods should be handled with care, and the goods should be placed in the middle of the weighing platform as much as possible. Overweight goods and vehicles are not allowed to be weighed.

4. When the truck scale is weighing, the weighing platform should be slowly moved up and down, and sudden braking on the weighing platform is not allowed.

5. After the weighing is completed, the goods and vehicles should be removed in time, and they should not stay on the weighing platform for a long time to avoid long-term pressure and damage to the sensor.

6. When the weighing instrument is out of service, the power should be turned off and the power plug should be unplugged; it should be out of service when it is raining and thundering to avoid damage to the instrument and the sensor.

7. Regularly clean the foreign matter and dust between and around the scale body and the foundation to prevent the foreign matter and the scale body from jamming, causing inaccurate weighing.
