Two, anti-corrosion measures of stainless steel screws
1. Select qualified stainless steel screws, avoid gaps in the structural design, and avoid geometric conditions that are prone to surface deposition;
2. Effectively isolate the stainless steel screw from the Cl-containing aqueous solution, and the gap cannot be avoided. Through the introduction of the anti-corrosion effect of stainless steel screw, we should use welding or fill the gap to prevent the aqueous solution from entering;
3. Use stainless steel with high chromium and high molybdenum, especially in the low-temperature tank area, spherical tank area, and severe stress corrosion area using steel with good corrosion resistance, the effect is better.
