Embedding of anchor bolts

When the construction of the foundation steel bar starts, the embedding of the anchor bolt fittings should also start at the same time, interspersed. Before burying the anchor bolts, first use the mold line to release the corresponding longitudinal and transverse axes, and at the same time use a steel rule to release the position of each group of anchor bolts on the foundation reinforcement.

When embedding the anchor bolts, first place the anchor bolt sleeve plate on the corresponding position on the foundation steel bar, and use a wire hammer to measure and correct the longitudinal and horizontal axis and the longitudinal and transverse axis marks marked on the sleeve plate, along the sleeve plate Mark the perimeter on the steel bars. Pass the screw of the anchor bolt through the set plate from bottom to top, screw on the corresponding nut on the screw, adjust the top elevation of the anchor bolt through the tightening of the nut, and measure the top elevation of the control bolt with a level until the drawing requirements are met. . In the construction process, use a level to detect the cover plate and screw, try to make the cover plate surface in a horizontal state and the screw in a vertical state. After the board and screw are in place, they must be rechecked with theodolite. Stand the theodolite on the axis control point of the anchor bolt to be reviewed, aim the eyepiece at another control point of the axis at the far end, determine the center of the crosshair in the eyepiece, which is the axis position, and then review each axis located on the axis. Whether the positional relationship between the group anchor bolts and the axis is accurate, and correct the results. Note that the theodolite review must be carried out in both vertical and horizontal directions. Do not review only one direction while ignoring the other.

Fixing of anchor bolts

The screws of each set of bolts are connected by welding with 8 steel bars. The lower part of the screw rod that can be connected to the foundation steel bar should be reliably connected by electric welding as far as possible to ensure the accuracy of the anchor bolt position.

Use a horizontal ruler to detect the verticality of the screw before welding, and make the screw as vertical as possible. After the welding work is completed, loosen the nuts on the cover plate so that the bottom of the bolt cover plate is about 30mm away from the reinforcement of the foundation surface. Keep it as horizontal as possible, and tighten the nut on the upper screw.
