What is a flange nut?
Definition of flange nuts, we generally call nuts with hardware hexagonal flanges as flange nuts. Flange nuts are also commonly used. Generally, many screws and bolts need to be matched with flange nuts. And if flange nuts are used, the tightening aspect is very good. There is a flange surface that works well with screws and bolts. The tightening performance is much better than that of hex nuts.

Flange nut use characteristics:
1. Piping: Use a pipe cutter or a grinding wheel cutter to cut the stainless steel pipe vertically according to the required length, trim the end burr, and make it round;
2. Welding: the left and right tapered flange flange pieces (with grooves, specially for embedding the flange gasket on both sides) are respectively connected with the two piping ports that need to be connected, using tungsten argon arc welding (TIG Welding) welding;
3. Gasket: double-sided flange gaskets are lined between the left and right flanges;
4. Fastening: clamp the two flanges with a clamp, and then use a fastening screw (hexagon socket bolt) to clamp the flange or fasten the handle (one end of the external thread is connected with the internal thread of the handle, and one end wears a fixed rivet Active connection).
