Fastener technical requirements are decisive

Under normal circumstances, the technical requirements of fasteners are determined by whether the product is a standard product or a non-standard product.

Standard product

It is sufficient to indicate the standard number and grade, but general standard products do not require drawings. Quality inspection can be done in accordance with the standard.

Drawings must be issued for non-standard products. The general technical requirements are as follows:

1. The materials used in the product (there are too many materials available, depending on your company's requirements)

2. Thread accuracy (bolt type external thread is generally 6g, nut type internal thread is generally 6h)

3. Surface treatment (stainless steel materials are generally not treated, carbon steel, natural color, galvanized, dacromet, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, etc.)

4. Whether the product tolerance is before surface treatment or after surface treatment. The above is the mark of general standard parts. The specific ones depend on actual use, and the landlord has to deal with it by himself.
