Five inspection methods for precision stamping parts

1. Visual 　　 Directly use the eyes to observe whether the precision stamping parts are normal, and have a preliminary understanding of them, mainly in terms of appearance.　　2, touch 　　 first wipe the precision stamping parts with a soft cloth, and then put on gloves to contact the stamping parts along the longitudinal direction of the stamping parts. This method is mainly based on experience. If necessary, use oilstone to polish the detected suspicious area and verify it, which is a relatively quick method.　　3. Oiling　　 Generally, the surface should be wiped clean, and then use a clean brush to apply oil evenly to the entire outer surface of the stamping part in the same direction. Put the oiled stamping parts under strong light for inspection. It is recommended that the stamping parts be erected on the car body. With this method, tiny pits, pits, and ripples on the stamping parts can be easily found.　　4. Whetstone polishing 　　 1) First, wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze, and then use oilstone for polishing, and polish with relatively small oilstone for arcuate and hard-to-reach places.　　2) The choice of the whetstone particle size depends on the appearance (such as roughness, galvanizing, etc.). Advocate the use of fine-grained oilstone. The direction of whetstone polishing is basically along the longitudinal direction, and it fits perfectly with the appearance of the stamping parts, and some special places can also compensate for the horizontal polishing.　　5. Polishing of the flexible gauze 　　 Wipe the surface clean with clean gauze. Use a flexible sand net to close the surface of the stamping part and polish it to the entire surface in the longitudinal direction. Any pitting or indentation will be easily found.
