In fact, these four different forms are produced in different stages, different parts and different stresses during the punching process of scaffold stamping parts. For example, in the stage of elastic deformation, the stress condition is that the material of the cutting edge is subjected to shearing force, and the magnitude of the force is less than the elastic limit. If the force disappears, the material returns to its original state. The specific state of the high-voltage cabinet can be described as the punch exerting pressure on the material, and the material slightly squeezes into the cutting edge of the female mold. At the same time, during the processing of the scaffold stamping parts, it will go through the plastic deformation stage. In this stage, the stress condition is that the force of the material gradually exceeds the elastic limit from the edge to the center. The specific state is that the punch further penetrates into the material, and at this stage, the punched part has collapsed corners and bright bands. In the shearing and cracking stage, the stress of the material near the edge of the die first reaches the shear strength of the material, which increases the cracks produced by the material next to the edge of the die. It should be noted that at this time, during the processing of scaffold stamping parts, the material of the punch edge part is still in the plastic deformation stage. As the punch further penetrates into the material, the material near the punch also reaches the shear strength, which also produces Cracks, followed by two cracks overlap and material separation. The phenomenon is that the material separates, and when the upper and lower cracks overlap, they tear each other to produce burrs. In addition, in the processing and production of scaffold stamping parts, the blanking process also needs to be reasonably controlled. It should be noted that when designing scaffold stamping parts, the joints of the straight lines or curves of the blanking parts should be properly rounded, otherwise the stress of the die will be concentrated and it will be easily damaged. At the same time, the processing technology of die wire cutting should be considered, and the minimum R angle of blanking parts or blanking parts should not be less than R0.2.
