Four common series of self-locking nuts

1. High-strength self-locking nuts

2. Nylon self-locking nuts

Nylon self-locking nut is a new type of high-vibration and anti-loosening fastening parts that can be used in various mechanical and electrical products at a temperature of -50~100℃. At present, it is mainly used in aerospace, aviation, tanks, mining machinery, automobile transportation machinery, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, electrical products and various machinery.

3. Swimming self-locking nuts (guide: stainless steel screw inspection method)

A common floating self-locking nut is a double-lug sealing floating self-locking nut, which is mainly composed of four parts: a sealing cover, a self-locking nut, a pressure ring, and a sealing ring. It has a compact structure and a reliable seal. It is suitable for products whose working pressure is no more than 2atm and the working medium is gasoline, kerosene, water or air and the working temperature is 50~100℃. But it has certain difficulties in manufacturing process and air tightness test.

4. Spring self-locking nut

The spring clamp self-locking nut consists of an S-type spring clamp and a self-locking nut. It is easy to use and has very good reliability.

Combine the nut with the locking principle, and develop different self-locking nuts to prevent the nut from loosening during use.
