Handling of common problems in stamping parts production

Stamping parts rely on presses and molds to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to cause plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the forming processing method. 　　4) Adhesion, scratches: defects that appear on the surface of the part or mold due to the friction between the material and the convex mold or the concave mold;

　　5) Burr: Mainly occurs in the cutting die and blanking die, and the gap between the cutting edges can produce burrs if it is large or small;

　　6) Concave: Concave and concave caused by foreign matter (iron filings, rubber, dust) mixed in the unwinding line.
