When the simple die used for blanking or punching is working, the strip is fed along the two guide plates on the die until it hits the positioning pin. When the punch is punched down, the punched parts enter the hole of the die, and the strip clamps the punch and moves upward along with the punch. The strip is pushed down when it hits the discharge plate, so that the strip continues to be fed between the guide plates. Repeat the above action to rush down the second part. It can be said that a simple die is a one-to-one replication process, and its stamping process can meet the accuracy requirements very well, but the efficiency is low.
