Hardware companies must know the process of applying for 3C certification type test
For hardware manufacturers and managers, quality issues are often overlooked near the end of the year. Many business managers don't even know 3C certification. So, what steps are required for hardware tool companies to apply for 3C certification?
1. The type test is based on the standards specified by the CCC Product Certification Center
2. In principle, ZZHY will send samples to the designated CCC product certification center subcontract laboratory for type testing, but for large-scale, inconvenient transportation, installation, and commissioning products, the applicant can apply for other products approved by CCIBLAC or CNACL Proximity testing agency or factory site testing. In order to carry out on-site testing, the testing site should meet the specified conditions, including:
1. Have the necessary instruments, equipment and venues for on-site testing; customs declaration and inspection;
2. The accuracy and range of the equipment should meet the relevant requirements of the on-site testing items;
3. The relevant instruments and equipment should be periodically verified and traceable to national or international standards; customs declaration and inspection, foreign exchange verification, export tax rebates, and customs clearance consulting.
4. There are environmental conditions and power grid conditions that meet Chinese standards for on-site testing;
5. Have personnel familiar with standards and operations.
Customs declaration and inspection inspection are generally conducted under the supervision of qualified testers appointed by the CCC Product Certification Center. The applicant arranges technicians to carry out the test operations as required, and issue the original test records. CCC testers are responsible for sorting out and preparing test reports.
3. For series products or variants of basic products that have been applied for and passed the type test, only relevant items that are different from the basic type will be tested.
