One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
Cold-dip galvanized wire is the current unidirectional in the electroplating tank. The surface of the iron wire is gradually plated. The production speed is slow, the plating layer is uniform, and the thickness is usually 3-15 microns. It has bright appearance, rust prevention and decorative properties.
It is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod, which is processed by high-quality low-carbon steel wire through drawing forming, pickling and rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot-dip galvanizing, cooling and other processes.
The finished process of iron wire: wire rod (raw material)-large drawing-medium drawing-annealing-small drawing-black annealed wire.
After being processed into annealed wire, the zinc plating process can be carried out.
Plating process:
Workpieces, oiling, water washing, derusting activation, water washing, plating, water washing, hot water heating, air drying, dipping anti-rust oil, packaging, finished products.
Precautions (reference)
1. The plating tank must be made of stainless steel, ceramic, enamel, or plastic.
2. Oil stains and rust on the surface of the workpiece will seriously affect the quality of the coating. Oil stains and rust should be thoroughly removed.
3. The temperature of the plating solution should be controlled at 15-30 degrees.
4. Preparation of plating solution: one part (volume) of APCu-8A/B stock solution + two to three parts (volume) of tap water and stir thoroughly. One part (volume) of APCu-8A/B stock solution + one to two parts (volume) of tap water and stir thoroughly.
5. The finish of the coating is directly proportional to the finish of the substrate.
6. Daily management of plating solution:
A. When the plating solution is not enough for use, a new solution should be added.
B. When the plating solution fails, it is diluted with a large amount of water and discharged into the waste water tank.
7. The plating solution has no strict requirements on the plating load.

How to prevent iron wire from rusting, and how to deal with it after rusting
Iron will rust if it is left for a long time, and iron is easy to rust. Apart from its active chemical properties, colleagues also have a lot to do with external conditions. Moisture is one of the substances that make iron easy to rust. However, water alone does not make iron rust. Only when oxygen in the air is dissolved in the water, the oxygen reacts with iron in an environment with water, and a substance called iron oxide is formed. This is rust. . Rust is a reddish-brown substance. It is not as hard as iron and can easily fall off. After a piece of iron is completely rusted, its volume can expand by 8 times. If the rust is not removed, this spongy rust is especially easy to absorb water, and the iron will rot faster.
Anti-rust technology (reference)
1. The workpiece is soaked with 3-5% metal cleaner at 80-95 degrees for 10-15 minutes or mechanically cleaned, and rinsed with tap water for 0.5-1 minutes.
2. If the rust of the workpiece is obvious, use the conventional acid derusting method to remove the rust, soak it in a 3% hydrochloric acid solution for 10-20 seconds to activate the surface, and then rinse the surface with tap water for 0.5-1 minutes.
3. Put the workpiece into the configured plating solution and soak for 10-180 seconds (depending on the requirements of the workpiece). After plating, take out the workpiece, rinse with tap water for 0.5-1.0 minutes, soak in passivation solution for 5-10 minutes, take it out and rinse with tap water for 0.5-1.0 minutes, then put it in 80-95 degree hot water and heat it for 0.5 minutes. Take out the workpiece and let the water volatilize (or blow dry) naturally in the air.
4. Put the anhydrous work piece into the rust removing oil and soak it for more than 1 minute, take out most of the oil, and pack the finished product.
