The air brake valve tappet of a small four-wheel tractor is made of plastic, and its outer diameter and length are often easily changed by the influence of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in the failure of the air brake valve.

When the outer diameter of the tappet becomes larger, a jamming failure will occur in the air brake valve housing, which will prevent the valve body assembly from opening, not airing, or deflating, or not returning in the open position , No inflation, no air pressure; when the tappet length becomes shorter, the valve body assembly will be opened without air intake or deflation.

When the tappet's outer diameter becomes larger and its length becomes longer, it can be lightly polished with fine sandpaper and then assembled for a pull test until it meets the requirements; when the tappet becomes shorter, the tappet head and valve body assembly One to two ordinary flat gaskets with a thickness of 1mm～2mm and an outer diameter of about φ18mm are enough. Of course, the fundamental solution to the problem is to improve the material and dimensional accuracy of the tappet.
