Electrolytic plate, galvanized plate knowledge Electrolytic plate, also known as galvanized plate, is the process of using electrolysis to form a uniform, tight, and well-combined metal or alloy deposition layer on the dial of the workpiece. Compared with other hardware, zinc is a relatively expensive and easy-to-plated hardware, which is a low-value anti-corrosion electroplating layer. It is widely used to protect steel parts, especially to prevent atmospheric corrosion, and is used for decorations. Plating technology accommodates tank plating (or rack plating), barrel plating (suitable for small parts), artificial plating and continuous plating (suitable for wire and strip).
The electrolytic plate is rolled by the cold connecting roller unit and then annealed by the CAPL unit, then enters the electrogalvanized unit. After the electroplating passes the dial, the electroplating is cleaned and electroplated. The evidence is different. It can be phosphated, passivated, oiled and fingerprint resistant For goods obtained after treatment such as alloying, refer to the corresponding substrate for the performance of the machine.
At present, the domestic classification of electroplating filtrate can be divided into four categories:
1. Cyanide zinc plating:
Because (CN) is highly toxic, forest guards have imposed strict restrictions on the use of cyanide in electro-galvanizing, and continuously promote the development of electro-galvanizing systems to reduce cyanide and replace cyanide, requiring the use of low-cyanide (microcyanide) Electroplating solution. After electroplating with this process, the quality of the goods is good, especially the color plating, and the pigments are maintained after passivation.
2. Zincate zinc plating:
This process evolved from cyanide zinc plating. At present, there are two major factions in China, which are separated: a) DPE series of Wuhan Material Insurance Institute; b) DE series of Radio and Television Institute. Zinate zinc plating is attributed to acid additives; PH value is 12.5~13. With this process, the coating crystal lattice structure is columnar, with good corrosion resistance, and is suitable for orthochromatic zinc plating. Note: After the goods are discharged from the tank → water washing → light (nitric acid + phosphoric acid) → water washing → passivation → water washing → water washing → scalding drying → drying → aging treatment (oven body 80~90℃).
3. Sulfide zinc plating:
This process is widely used in the electroplating industry, accounting for as high as 40%. After passivation (blue and white), it is decent to replace chromium with zinc (comparable to chromium plating), especially after adding water-soluble enamel paint, it is difficult for electroplating laypersons to distinguish whether it is galvanized or chromium plating. This process is suitable for white passivation (blue-white, silver-white).
4. Sulfate zinc plating:
This process is suitable for continuous plating (wire, strip, simple, thick and large parts, parts). low cost.
