One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
1) In general places, type II hand-held power tools should be used and a leakage protector with a rated electric shock action current of not more than 15mA and a rated action time of less than 0.1s should be installed. If class I hand-held electric tools are used, they must also be connected to zero protection. Operators must wear insulated gloves, insulated shoes or stand on insulating mats.
(2) When operating in a damp place or on a metal frame, a Class II hand-held electric tool must be used, and a splash-proof leakage protector must be installed. It is strictly forbidden to use Class I hand-held electric tools.
(3) In narrow places (boilers, metal containers, trenches, pipelines, etc.), category III hand-held power tools with isolation transformers should be used; if category II hand-held power tools are selected, a splash-proof leakage protector must be installed . Install the isolation transformer or leakage protector outside of a narrow place, and someone should be supervised during work.
(4) The load wire of the hand-held power tool must be a weather-resistant rubber sheathed copper core flexible cable, and there must be no joints. The use of plastic fancy thread is prohibited.
(5) The tools that use cutting tools should be sharpened, intact, installed correctly, firm and reliable.
(6) For the equipment using the grinding wheel, check the soft pad between the grinding wheel and the adapter plate and install it firmly. The nut should not be too tight. Anything that has been damp, deformed, cracked, broken, knocked or chipped or has been exposed to oil or alkali Grinding wheels are not allowed to be used, and damp grinding wheels are not allowed to be dried by themselves.
(7) When working in humid areas or in places with good electrical conductivity such as metal structures, pressure vessels, pipelines, etc., electric tools with double insulation or reinforced insulation must be used.
(8) Motors and electrical appliances with non-metallic shells should not be subjected to pressure or moisture during storage and use, and should not be exposed to solvents such as gasoline.
(9) The inspection before operation should meet the following requirements: a. The shell and handle should not be cracked or damaged; b. The cable cord and plug are intact, the switch is normal, and the protective zero connection is correct, firm and reliable; c. .Each protective cover is complete and firm, and the electrical protection device is reliable.
(10) After the machine is started, it should run without load, and it should be checked and confirmed that the machine linkage is flexible and unimpeded. During operation, the afterburner should be steady and not excessively strong.
(11) Overload use is strictly prohibited. Attention should be paid to the sound and temperature rise during operation. If abnormalities are found, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately. When the working time is too long and the temperature rise of the machine exceeds 60℃, the machine should be shut down and allowed to cool down before starting the operation.
(12) During the operation, do not touch the cutting tools, molds and grinding wheels with your hands. If they are found to be blunt or damaged, they should be shut down immediately for repair or replacement, and then continue to work.
(13) Don't let go of your hands when the machine is rotating.
When using an electric impact drill or electric hammer, the following requirements should be met: a. The handle of the electric drill or electric hammer should be grasped when working, and the drill should be pressed against the working surface when drilling holes, and then actuate with moderate force to avoid shaking; If it drops sharply, reduce the force to prevent the motor from overloading, and it is strictly forbidden to use wooden bars to pressurize; b. When drilling holes, pay attention to avoiding the steel bars in the concrete; c. The electric drill and the electric hammer are 40% intermittent work system, not for a long time Continuous use; d. When the operating aperture is above 25mm, there should be a stable operating platform, and guardrails should be set around it.
(14) The following requirements should be met when using a ceramic chip cutting machine: a. During operation, debris and dust should be prevented from entering the motor, and the temperature of the case should be observed at any time. When the temperature of the case is too high and carbon brushes are generated In case of sparks, stop the machine immediately for inspection and treatment; b. The force should be even and appropriate during the cutting process, and the blade should not be pushed too hard. When the blade is stuck, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the blade should be withdrawn slowly, and it should be re-aligned before cutting.
(15) When using an angle grinder, the following requirements should be met: a. The grinding wheel should be of reinforced fiber resin type, and its safety line speed should not be less than 80m/s. The cables and plugs used should have reinforced insulation performance. Do not change arbitrarily; b. During grinding operation, the grinding wheel and the workpiece surface should be kept at an inclined position of 15-30; during cutting operation, the grinding wheel should not be tilted and must not swing laterally.
(16) The following requirements should be met when using electric shears: a. Adjust the clearance of the cutter head according to the thickness of the steel plate before operation; b. Do not use excessive force during operation. When the number of reciprocation of the cutter shaft drops sharply, Reduce thrust immediately.
(17) When using a nail gun, the following requirements should be met: a. It is strictly forbidden to push the nail tube with the palm and aim the muzzle at a person; b. When firing, the nail gun should be vertically pressed on the working surface , When the trigger is pulled twice and the bullets are not fired, you should keep the original shooting position for a few seconds before exiting the nail bullet; c. Before replacing parts or disconnecting the nail gun, there must be no firing gun in the gun. Nail bullets.
(18) When using a riveting gun, the following requirements should be met: a. The rivet hole on the riveted object should be in a sliding fit with the rivet, and the amount of interference should not be too large; b. When riveting, when the rivet shaft is not broken At the time, you can pull the trigger repeatedly until it breaks, and do not forcibly twist or pry it off; c. If the riveting head or the cap is loose during operation, it should be tightened immediately.
