Hardware product electroplating wastewater treatment specification

For hardware product electroplating projects, it is necessary to first clarify whether the production process to be used in the project belongs to the 'Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalog (2011)' (Amendment), 'Part of the Industrial Industry Elimination of Outdated Production Process Equipment and Product Guidance Catalog (2010)' If the production process and equipment belong to the restricted and eliminated categories, they should be rejected. The 'Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalogue (2011)' (amendment) clearly states that'eliminate the toxic and harmful cyanide electroplating process (gold-potassium cyanide and potassium aurous cyanide (2014)); silver, copper-based alloys and Pre-plating copper primer process (suspended elimination); therefore, the cyanide-containing electroplating process should be phased out in hardware product electroplating projects. The EIA report should conduct a detailed analysis of the necessity of the suspended cyanide-containing electroplating process, and put forward suggestions for the development of alternative processes. At the same time, the EIA of the electroplating project should also clarify whether the project construction meets the national and local industry access conditions, heavy metal pollution control requirements, etc., and comprehensively analyze the compliance analysis of the project construction and the current industrial policy. Clarify that the electroplating wastewater collection system should be classified according to the requirements of the 'Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard' and the 'Technical Specification for Electroplating Wastewater Treatment Engineering' (HJ2002-2010). The collection system is an important part of the engineering analysis of the hardware product electroplating project. The 'Emission Standard of Electroplating Pollutants' (GB21900-2008) stipulates that pollutants monitored at the discharge outlets of workshops or production facilities should be collected separately; according to the characteristics of electroplating wastewater, electroplating enterprise wastewater should generally be divided into cyanide-containing wastewater and chromium-containing wastewater at the minimum Five streams of wastewater, including wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater, oil-containing wastewater, and comprehensive wastewater (excluding Class I pollutants), are collected and treated. Some companies also collect and treat coking copper wastewater and ground washing wastewater separately. The wastewater from electroplating enterprises of hardware products has achieved seven water quality diversion and qualitative treatment. The electroplating wastewater classified collection plan is shown in the figure. The electroplating workshop is divided into zones for prevention and control. According to the type of wastewater discharge, it is divided into cyanide-containing area, chromium-containing area, nickel-containing area, pre-treatment area, comprehensive area, etc.; each area is divided by dikes to prevent waste water from being discharged through the overflow of the washing tank. The floor discharge is directly connected to the respective quality-separating pipeline through the pipeline. The chromium-containing, cyanide-containing, and nickel-containing areas of ground washing wastewater should enter their respective mass-separated collection pipelines. By constructing the electroplating wastewater collection system, the electroplating wastewater can be discharged up to the standard and the environmental management level has been improved.
