The mold must have a good finish. Use a brush to clean the surface of the mold during processing. Clean the surface of the mold frequently. And the workbench, there should be no iron filings and other particulate impurities on the surface of the material or mold, but the production efficiency is reduced, and the rejection rate caused by the poor appearance of the precision stamping parts is still acceptable.
