Thirdly, improve employees’ awareness of existing new equipment and strengthen daily inspections of online equipment;
Fourth, formulate corresponding incentive plans to encourage employees to improve and innovate frequent failures and problems in the production process through small reforms, which greatly stimulates the enthusiasm of employees.
Through joint efforts, the 1 million tons bar workshop has stable process and good equipment operation in September. When producing hot-rolled ribbed steel bars with a diameter of 22, it set the highest shift record of 1,355,434 tons and the highest daily output of 3,193,338 tons; In the production of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars with a diameter of 25, it set a record for the highest shift of 1465.55 tons and the highest daily record of 3610.204.
