Home knowledge: how to properly clean modern lamps

The shape and material of the lampshade are different, and there are different cleaning methods:

1. Cloth lampshade: You can use a small vacuum cleaner to suck away the surface dust, then pour some detergent or furniture special detergent on the rag, and replace the position of the rag while wiping. If the inside of the lampshade is made of paper, please avoid using detergent directly to prevent damage.

2. Frosted glass lampshade: Use a soft cloth suitable for cleaning the glass and carefully scrub; or use a soft cloth dipped in toothpaste to scrub. The uneven place can be treated with chopsticks or toothpicks wrapped in a soft cloth.

3. Resin lampshade: It can be cleaned with a chemical fiber duster or a special duster. Anti-static spray should be sprayed after cleaning, because the resin material is easy to generate static electricity.

4. Folded lampshade: Use a cotton swab dipped in water to scrub patiently little by little. If it is particularly dirty, use a neutral detergent.

5. Crystal beaded lampshade: The workmanship is meticulous and exquisite, and the cleaning is very troublesome. If the lampshade is made of crystal beads and metal, it can be cleaned directly with neutral detergent. After cleaning, wipe off the water on the surface and let it dry naturally. If the crystal beads are put on with a thread, it is best not to wet the thread and wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent. First wipe off the dirt on the metal lamp holder, and then squeeze a little toothpaste on the cotton cloth to scrub.
