'House cleaning' daily hardware needs to pay attention to maintenance at the end of the year

Especially kitchen hardware, which is an important daily necessities related to food and beverage, should not be ignored.

In the principle of daily-use kitchen hardware maintenance, all hardware should be kept clean and dry. If it gets wet, it should be wiped dry in time to prevent water marks or rust. For dumpling chains and slide rails, it is best to add lubricating oil regularly to ensure smooth opening and closing of parts. Do not hang heavy or wet objects on the handle. If there is any looseness, adjust the screws at the rear. When the door panels are uneven or loose, you can use a Phillips screwdriver to study, adjust and tighten the dumplings.

When using, pay attention to the following points:

1. Avoid sprinkling salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and other condiments directly on the hardware. If it happens accidentally, wipe it off immediately;

2. The door hinges should be oiled regularly to keep the opening/closing freely, and prevent damp and rust;

3. When opening/closing the drawer, avoid excessive force to prevent the slide rail from falling out or being hit;

4. For large hardware such as Gaoshenglan and Zhuanlan, pay attention to the direction of rotation and stretching, and avoid using force.
