How does a stamping factory check the eligibility of a new set of molds-hardware

If it is a terminal mold, pay attention to whether there is a gap between the back plate and the fixed plate; if it is a car mold, the upper mold limit post and the upper release plate should be completely attached. 2. Is the lower mold closed when the mold is in normal production? For example, if the mold is cut off, the product surface is flat and the size is stable. For automobile molds, all the pressing blocks of the upper mold and the float plate of the lower mold should be in parallel contact at the same time. It is the most effective detection method to hit red lead at the matching place. 3. Check whether the molding surfaces of the upper and lower molds are evenly and completely attached. Put blue Dan powder evenly on the blank or material belt, and observe whether the blue Dan powder remaining on the upper and lower molding surfaces is uniform through test punching, and the coincidence status of the upper and lower molding surfaces can be determined. The above three items are dynamic checks. 4. Is the hardness of the mold parts guaranteed? Remove the mold, open the upper and lower molds, and directly check whether the hardness of the template, punch, insert, and molded block meets the standard.
