The hole positioning method is not convenient to operate and has a narrow range of use, but the positioning is accurate and reliable. Under certain conditions, sometimes use the initial positioning of the shape to roughly control the blank within a certain range, and then use the hole position to position it to absorb the advantages of both, so that the positioning is accurate and easy to operate. 2. Pressing the blank Use air cushion, rubber or spring to generate the pressing force, and the sheet material is pressed tightly before the bending starts. In order to achieve this goal, the ejection height of the pressing plate or the pressing rod should be made slightly higher than the plane of the die. 2. Surface scratches (pulling) scratches The main causes of surface scratches are improper selection of materials for the working part of precision stamping parts, low heat treatment hardness, wear of the die fillet, poor finish, and poor surface quality of the curved blank (rust, scarring, etc.) , The thickness of the material is too poor, the process plan is unreasonable, and the lubrication is lacking.
