How is the inspection of stamping parts carried out correctly?

Constantly increasing, let’s briefly tell you how we check the quality of our stamped parts. For the outer surface of stamping parts, we check the following points. Generally, the outer surface is divided into three types, A-level surface, B-level surface, and C-level surface. We defined it this way. The so-called A-level noodles are the noodles that customers often see. Such as the panel, the upper surface and the front of the case, the parts for customers, etc. Class B surface refers to the surface that the customer can occasionally see without moving, such as the back, side, top or equivalent surface of the chassis. The C-level surface refers to the surface that can only be seen when the product is moved or opened, such as the bottom surface of the case and the surface of internal parts. See the figure below for details. All our inspections are performed under the normal lighting source of 40W fluorescent lamp (equivalent to 80-120LUX illumination). There are also requirements for the inspector. The inspector's binocular vision must be above 1.0. No magnifying glass will be used. The inspected surface and the human eye shall be within ±45o of the normal observation angle, and the distance is 300mm. The A-level surface should be rotated during inspection to obtain a reflective effect. The B-level surface and the C-level surface do not have to be rotated during the inspection. The A-level surface stays for 15 seconds, the B-level surface stays for 10 seconds, and the C-level surface stays for 5 seconds.
