Precision stamping parts rely on presses and molds to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to cause plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece forming method. According to different process conditions, there are different classification methods for stamping processing. The following precision author briefly introduces the types of stamping processes: 1. Divided according to the finished product: Precision stamping technology can be roughly divided into separation process and forming process according to the finished product (It is divided into two categories: bending, deep drawing and forming). (1) The separation process is to separate the stamping part and the blank along a certain contour line during the stamping process, and at the same time, the quality of the separated section of the stamping part must meet certain requirements; (2) The forming process is to keep the stamping blank from being damaged. Under the conditions, plastic deformation occurs and transformed into the required finished shape, and at the same time, it should also meet the requirements of dimensional tolerances. 2. Divided according to the temperature during stamping: According to the temperature during stamping, precision stamping parts can be divided into cold stamping and hot stamping methods. This depends on the strength, plasticity, thickness, degree of deformation, and equipment capabilities of the material, and the original heat treatment state and use conditions of the material should be considered. (1) The processing of cold stamping metal at room temperature is generally suitable for blanks with small thickness. The advantages are no heating, no scale, good surface quality, convenient operation and low cost. The disadvantage is that there is work hardening, which makes the metal lose its ability to deform further in severe cases. In most cases, cold stamping requires the use of stamping oil to improve the process. At the same time, the blank thickness is required to be uniform and the fluctuation range is small, and the surface is smooth and scratch-free. (2) Hot stamping is a stamping method in which metal is heated to a certain temperature range. The advantage is that it can remove internal stress, avoid work hardening, increase the plasticity of the material, reduce the deformation resistance, and reduce the power consumption of the equipment. Guangdong Precision Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of precision metal and plastic parts. In order to ensure the high precision and accuracy of mass-produced parts, all of our progressive molds and plastic molds are developed, manufactured and used in production by our own team. In addition, we have also established an automation team to independently research and develop assembly automation equipment to realize the automation of the entire production process.
