Second, the return visits are different for different customers and different situations. For some new customers or customers who don't know about stamping, some preliminary guidance and suggestions can be provided. It is not necessary to say that some too professional or too esoteric knowledge can not be absorbed by the customer. For some old customers or customers who have researched on stamping, the content of the return visit must be in-depth, otherwise it is better not to return. Third, the return visit must find and solve problems, and also create business opportunities. When returning to visit, we must ask more, read and observe, we must help customers find problems and be able to effectively solve them. When customers use our stamping products, we must carefully observe and understand the customer’s usage. This is for us in the next step. The production arrangement is also of great help. In addition, in the process of return visits, we must also ask customers what their requirements are, and we must help customers to solve their problems. Revisiting customers seems simple, but in fact, there is a lot of knowledge in it. You must use your brain to think more and exercise yourself.
