If the material belt can be pulled, it needs to be slowly turned counterclockwise until the material can't be pulled, and then rotate two small grids counterclockwise to lock it. Fasten the screws tightly. If the material cannot be pulled, but the material thickness adjustment plate is relatively loose when rotating clockwise or counterclockwise, use your fingers to slowly rotate it clockwise, but do not use strong force until it stops rotating and then rotate it counterclockwise for two small grids. Then tighten the locking screw. The adjustment of the fixed clamp is the same. 2. After the material thickness of the movable clamp is adjusted, the flywheel of the punching press needs to be turned clockwise to 90 degrees. During this period, it is necessary to check whether the movable clamp is always in a clamped state. Adjust the material thickness of the fixed clip at 90 degrees, first turn on the main switch of the feeding clip clamping and releasing, place 1.5T material on the material thickness adjustment plate of the moving clip, hold up the material of the moving clip without clamping the material, and then put the material Pass through the fixing clip, then turn off the main switch of the clamping and releasing of the feeding clip, and then adjust the material thickness of the fixing clip according to the method of adjusting the material thickness of the moving clip. 3. After adjusting the walking distance, you need to turn on the main switch of the feeding clamp clamping and releasing, remove the material placed at the material thickness adjustment plate of the movable clamp, and move the punch flywheel to the upper mold stripper plate and the guide needle enters the lower mold float. When the pin hole is 2/3, adjust the feeder relaxation time. 4. When the straight section of the guide pin is about to leave the material belt after shaking the punch through 180°, check whether the fixing clamp is clamped at this time. If it is not clamped, adjust the material to the clamped state according to the loosening adjustment method.
