The wear of the guides and the destruction of precision reduce the precision of the mold, and various parts of the progressive mold will have problems, so proper maintenance and regular replacement are necessary.  ①Check the accuracy of the material guide. If the material guide pin is worn, it has lost the proper accuracy and function of the tape guide and must be replaced. ②Check the condition of the spring (discharge spring and ejector spring, etc.), depending on whether it is broken, or if it has not been broken after long-term use, but has been fatigued and lost its original strength, it must be maintained and replaced regularly, otherwise it will be progressive The mold causes damage or the production is not smooth.  4. Care of the discharge plate    The disassembly of the discharge plate can be balanced with two screwdrivers, and then use both hands to balance the force to take it out. When it is difficult to disassemble, check whether the mold is cleaned, whether the locking screws have been completely disassembled, and whether the mold is damaged due to material jams. Find out the cause, and then deal with it accordingly, and you must not deal with it blindly. When assembling the unloading plate, clean the punch and the unloading plate first, add lubricating oil to the guide post and the introduction of the punch, put it in smoothly, use a rubber mallet or a copper rod to balance it into the proper position, and then Press it in place with both hands and repeat it several times. If it is too tight, check the reasons: whether the guide post and guide sleeve are oriented normally, whether each part is damaged, whether the new part has been properly treated (such as whether the punch is also chamfered, whether it can pass through the unloading plate, etc.) , Find out the reason, and then make appropriate treatment. The material contact surface between the unloading plate and the concave mold will produce indentation after long time stamping (the gap between the unloading plate and the concave mold is generally the material thickness minus 0.03-0.05mm. When the indentation is serious, it will affect the pressing of the material Accuracy, resulting in abnormal product size, instability, etc., it is necessary to repair or re-grind the material plate inserts and the discharge plate. The contour sleeve should be checked for accuracy. When it is not equal to the height, the discharge plate will be tilted. Its precision The guiding and smooth spring pressing function will be destroyed and must be maintained.    In short, for the failure of the progressive die in the stamping production, specific analysis needs to be done, and the areas that are often overlooked in the mold maintenance, such as the guiding accuracy of the mold, the guide The accuracy and the use of the spring in the mold will affect other parts of the mold, and regular inspection and maintenance must be done.
