How to check the stamping parts after processing

We already have some understanding of stamping parts, but these are still far from enough for us. Therefore, we will continue to explain this aspect below so that we can go through this article and have a better understanding of stamping parts. Understand, and can also increase the amount of our common sense in this area. The following content will be divided into two parts, one is its quality defect type, and the other is its appearance inspection method. The specific content is as follows. 1. Types of quality defects There are generally three types of quality defects for stamping parts: (1) Appearance defects mainly include cracks, necking, craters, deformation, pitting, rust, etc., in addition to wrinkles, Burrs, indentations, scratches, etc. (2) Functional scale defects mainly include hole deviation, few sides, few holes, inconsistent pore size, excessive material, inconsistent profile size, and others. (3) Repair defects mainly include cracks, holes, solid impurities, deformation, pits, and planing marks. 2. Appearance inspection method Contact check: Use clean gauze to wipe clean the outer surface. Then the inspector puts on the gloves and makes appearance contact along the longitudinal direction of the stamping part to see if there is any problem. Whetstone polishing: Use clean gauze to clean the exterior. Then use the sanding whetstone to sand along the longitudinal direction to see if there are any problems. Oiling check: Use clean gauze to wipe clean on the outside. Then use a brush to apply oil in the same direction until the entire appearance. Then put it under high-intensity light to check whether there is a problem.
