When the bolt diameter is within 36mm and the deviation distance is less than 1.5d, the hot bending bolt method is generally used. A groove with a depth of 150-200mm can be chiseled at the root, and the root of the bolt can be baked with an oxygen acetylene gun, and the bolt should be bent into an S shape (a). The fillet transition should be used during hot bending. The bent part should be buried in the concrete to prevent The stress is concentrated at the corners, because the bending or deformation of the anchor bolts will make the working stress of the bolts several times larger than normal. The heating temperature should be in the range of 700-800℃, and water cooling should be avoided to prevent the bolts from becoming brittle. If the bolt diameter is equal to or greater than 36mm, hot bending can also be used, but it is necessary to add anchor solids such as welded steel plates or steel bars at the bend. The length of the anchor should not be less than the distance between the upper and lower tangent points of the S bend. Straight and broken are as strong. The deviation of the local anchor bolts is very large (when it is greater than 1.5d), the method of setting the transition steel frame can be adopted, that is, the bolts are cut off first, and the channel steel frame is welded, and then new bolts are welded on the channel steel, and the channel steel is welded. All seams must be calculated. The newly installed bolts are firmly welded to the original bolts with large deviations embedded in the foundation through channel steel or lower-shaped steel, so as to transmit the horizontal and vertical forces on the superstructure. The frame design should ensure sufficient strength and rigidity to make it a reliable whole
If the deviation of the local anchor bolts is too large to install the superstructure, or the position and elevation of the embedded anchor bolts do not match the design drawings due to the wrong size of the drawing, or the processing error of the column foot plate is too large, the buried anchor needs to be buried The bolts are replaced, and new bolts are buried. At this time, a drill can be used to take out the original anchor bolts or cut off the original anchor bolts, drill holes near the original bolts, and reinstall chemical bolts in the holes.
