Assemble the punch to check whether the gap between the punch and the fixed block or the fixed plate is sufficient, and if there is a press block, check whether there is room for movement. The assembling die should be placed horizontally, Then use a flat iron block to place it on the surface of the concave mold and tap it with a copper rod. Don't knock it in place obliquely. The bottom of the concave mold should be chamfered. After installation, check whether the concave mold surface is flat and convex. After assembling the die and die core, make necessary inspections against the material belt, whether each part is installed incorrectly or reversely, check whether the die and die pad are reversed, whether the blanking hole is blocked, and whether the new parts need to be stolen. Whether the material that needs to be stolen is enough, and whether the mold needs to be locked is locked. Pay attention to the locking confirmation of the stripper plate screw. When locking, it should be cross-locked with a balanced force from the inside to the outside. Do not lock a certain screw first Tighten another screw to prevent the stripper plate from tilting and cause the punch to break or reduce the accuracy of the mold. (2) The maintenance of the stripper plate The removal of the stripper plate can be balanced with two screwdrivers, and then use both hands to balance it. When it is difficult to disassemble, check whether the inside of the mold is cleaned, whether the locking screws are completely disassembled, whether the mold is damaged by jamming, find out the reason and then do the corresponding treatment, and do not blindly dispose of it. Assemble the stripper board. First, clean the punch and stripper plate, add lubricating oil to the guide post and punch introduction, put it in steadily, and then press it in place with both hands, and repeat it several times.
