The installation of metal stamping dies is very important. No matter how good the quality is, the wrong way of installing it will cause many production problems. Facts have proved that incorrect installation of stamping dies will not only affect the quality and accuracy of the stamping parts produced, but will also reduce the service life of the dies during work, and even serious production accidents will occur. Therefore, the installation of stamping dies is a point that stamping factories need to pay great attention to. Next, Precision will give you an analysis on how to install the stamping die correctly. (1) Inspection and verification of molds and stamping machine tools. Before installing the mold, it is necessary to determine the stamping machine tool to design a specific model and specification for the stamping die, and check whether the specifications and working standards of the mold are consistent with the performance parameters of the specific stamping machine tool, and whether the stamping machine is in good condition. (2) Clean up all the dirt or dirt in the bottom side of the punching machine slider, the cabinet table (or the plan view of the cushion block) and the upper and upper mold seats of the mold during work. (3) Manually make the flywheel of the water pump of the stamping machine tool (or control the start light button), adjust the upper slider to the top dead center, and rotate and adjust the extruder screw to adjust the length of the crankshaft to a shorter length (that is, the closing height is larger ). (4) Place the closed mold on a proper place on the operating table of the Juli machine or on the cushion block. If an air cushion is used, place the ejector pin first and mark the place where the mold is placed. (5) Manually rotate the flywheel of the water pump of the stamping machine tool (or control the start light button) to make the slider of the CNC lathe slide down and stop at the bottom dead center. (6) Adjust the screw of the extruder by rotating the punching machine tool to reduce the closing height until the bottom edge of the upper control module is in close contact with the upper plan view of the lower die seat. If there is a mold handle, the mold position should be adjusted appropriately during the whole process so that the mold handle enters the hole of the upper slider. Then tighten the lower die (or clamp the die handle). (7) Control the upper slider to push the lower die to do 2 to 3 idle stroke operations, and terminate at the bottom dead center. (8) Tighten the upper die. In the case of tightening the nut, it cannot be tightened in sequence. It must be tightened symmetrically. It is not possible to tighten all at once. It needs to be tightened in 2~3 times to make the load of each bolt connection uniform and avoid the mold tightening the nut. Circumstances produce an offset. (9) Put the material into the test punch, and check whether the mold is installed properly through the produced stamping parts.
