Mechanical Transmission

1. The dimensional accuracy, roughness, center distance, shape and position tolerance of each shaft hole of the casing shall meet the requirements of technical documents.

2. The threaded holes, positioning holes and table on the casing and the connecting cover shall meet the requirements of the technical documents after being repaired.

3. The bearing has no obvious signs of wear, and the clearance meets the requirements.

4. The fastener has no obvious plastic deformation. (Guide: Is there a difference between a kind of welding nail and a pressure riveting screw)

5. There is no damage to the parts, no obvious signs of wear and deformation.

6. The seals and organic hoses are all updated.

7. When assembling, all parts must be carefully cleaned, there must be no rust spots, and there must be no dirt in the casing.

8. After installation and adjustment of each transmission part, it meets the requirements of technical documents.

9. The reducer is filled with lubricating oil as required. The hydraulic coupling is subjected to a pressure test and injected with a specified variety and volume of media.

10. The dynamic balance test of brake disc, coupling and coupler meets the requirements of technical documents.

11. There is no leakage of reducer and sprocket assembly. The cooling and lubricating devices are complete and intact, without leakage.
