Solution: (1) The curved parts with asymmetrical shape are formed by symmetrical bending (single-sided curved parts are symmetrically bent with two pieces and then cut). (2) An elastic material pressing device is added to the bending die, so that the blank can be pressed to prevent movement during bending; (3) The inner hole and shape positioning form are used to make the positioning accurate.
