How to solve the problem of die wear during stamping production in stamping processing factory-hardware

The stamping production process of a stamping processing plant relies on a punching machine to produce metal materials through stamping dies. Relative to the stamping die every time a certain quantity and time are produced, there will be different degrees of wear. What should be done after wear? (1) Replace the worn-out die guide components and punches in time. (2) Check whether the die gap is unreasonable (too small), and increase the die gap. (3) Minimize wear, improve lubrication conditions, and lubricate plates and punches. The amount of oil and the number of oil injections depend on the conditions of the processing material. For rust-free materials such as cold-rolled steel plates and corrosion-resistant steel plates, the mold should be filled with oil. The oil injection points are the guide sleeve, the oil injection port, and the lower mold. For materials with rust, the rust powder will be sucked between the punch and the guide sleeve during processing, resulting in dirt, which prevents the punch from sliding freely in the guide sleeve. In this case, if oil is applied, the rust will be more likely to be stained. Therefore, when you punch this material, you must wipe the oil clean. Decompose it once a month. Use gasoline (diesel) oil to remove the dirt on the punch and lower mold. Wipe clean before reassembling, so as to ensure the mold. Has good lubricating properties. (4) Improper sharpening method causes annealing of the mold and aggravates wear. Should use a soft abrasive grinding wheel, use a small amount of knife, enough coolant, and clean the wheel frequently.
