Poor sprouting (1) The center of the sprouting bottom hole does not coincide with the center of the sprouting punch. Hole position, or adjust the positioning (2) The gap between the die is not uniform, resulting in a low sprout-side height-side trimming sprout gap or even breakage (3) The sprout bottom hole does not meet the requirements, resulting in the sprout height and recalculate the bottom hole diameter, pre-punching The hole enlarges or reduces the diameter deviation, or even breaks. 2. Poor molding (1) The punch of the molding die is too sharp, which causes the material to be cracked, and the R angle is repaired appropriately at the knife edge. (2) The length of the molding punch is not enough. Resulting in failure to calculate the correct length of the punch, adjust the actual length of the punch to meet the molding requirements (3) The molding punch is too long, and the material at the molding place is deformed. Even confirm the correct length of the punch. Adjust the actual length of the punch to meet the requirements. Head fracture (4) Insufficient material at the molding place causes cracking. Calculate the unfolded material, or trim the R angle, or reduce the molding height. (5) Poor positioning, resulting in poor molding. Adjust the positioning or feed device. (6) The molding gap is too small to cause cracks or cracks. High-quality stamping parts with deformation and allocation clearance depend on the high-quality company.
