How to take a high-strength bolt after it is broken?

In the process of using bolts in construction, bolts often break. The usual practice of maintenance and construction personnel is to use pliers from the broken bolt to clamp outward in the opposite direction of bolt screwing, or to take out the broken bolt with a wrench with the help of a broken bolt extractor. Although these methods can take out the broken bolts, the unevenness of the bolt section and the inability to control the evenness of the torque during operation will damage the threads of the bolt holes, causing the newly installed bolts to not fit tightly and loosen, causing the bolts to break again. Therefore, we have obtained a reliable method to take out the broken bolt without causing the deformation of the bolt hole thread in the operation practice. First make a square iron. The method of making square iron is: calculate the size of the square iron according to the diameter of the hole drilled on the broken bolt; the calculation formula is αu003dR√2, and then take a section of round steel (According to the actual size of the broken bolt, the diameter is smaller than that of the broken bolt), an inner hole is drilled on the drilling machine (the diameter of the inner hole is smaller than the broken bolt), and a sleeve is made. This method of drilling is to prevent the drilled hole from being skewed and not hurt the thread of the bolt hole, and at the same time, it can evenly control the torque to unscrew the broken bolt). After drilling the hole, use the square iron made in advance to drive it into the hole, and then twist it in the opposite direction (using tool pliers) to smoothly take out the broken bolt without damaging the thread.
