How to use SC2000 bonding repair strip and patch

1. The surface of the damaged rubber conveyor belt should be roughened with a low-speed angle grinder or rubber file before using the repair strip or patch.

2. Mix SC2000 and curing agent at a ratio of 100:4, and the mixed SC2000 should be used up within 2 hours.

3. Use a brush to coat the mixed SC2000 on the damaged surface of the rubber. After the first layer is dry and not sticky (test on the back of the hand), apply the second layer.

4. While applying the second layer on the rubber surface, also brush the CN layer of the repair strip (repair sheet).

(The repair sheet and strip with CN layer only need to be painted once and mixed SC2000)

5. When the second layer is dry enough to be slightly sticky, stick the repair strip (repair sheet) on the repair surface.

6. Pay attention to squeeze out the bubbles when sticking the patch. You need to use a compaction roller to roll it from the middle to the outside, and then use a rubber hammer to beat it firmly.

7. Finally, along the edge of the patch, use a brush to brush the mixed SC2000 again to cover the edges of the patch and patch.

8. After fully drying, it can be driven and run after 2 hours
