One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
Stamping is a machining process in which a stamping die installed on a stamping machine tool applies a punching force to the material, causing the material to separate or plastically deform, so as to obtain the required stamping parts. The vast majority of stamping is processed at room temperature, and all are also called cold stamping. Cold stamping is widely used in machinery, automobiles, instrumentation, electronic appliances, aerospace and other industrial fields, as well as the production of daily necessities. But which products are processed by stamping? Below we use stamping processing types with pictures to let everyone truly understand stamping and take you into the world of stamping: 1. Punching the waste along the closed The shape is separated from the raw material or the workpiece, and the required holes are obtained in the material or the workpiece. Generally, there are round holes, square holes, waist-shaped holes, special-shaped holes, etc. The holes we usually see on steel plates or other materials are basically stamping and punching processes, such as: heat dissipation holes on computer cases, screw holes on various electrical appliances, and so on. 2. The blanking material is stamped and separated along the closed contour on the raw material, and the material in the contour line is the required stamping part. Blanking products are more common: various shapes of iron sheets, baffles, and so on. 3. The notch cuts a notch on the edge of the material or workpiece. 4. The cutting tongue is the partial but not complete separation of materials along the open contour, and enables the separated materials to reach the required spatial position. The typical products of tongue cutting are mosquito coil holders and some commonly used springs. 5. Trimming the edge of the shaped workpiece is to meet the requirements of shape and size. 6. Cut and separate the material along the open contour by stamping to obtain the required stamping parts. 7. Bending makes the raw material along a certain axis, punching and bending into a certain angle. It can process a variety of bending parts with complex shapes. Bending is a very common type of stamping process, such as: brackets, hooks, fixings, furniture corners, door and window corners, and so on. 8. Deep drawing deforms the flat material or the workpiece into an open hollow piece, or the open hollow piece further changes the shape and size. Common deep-drawn parts are: pots and pans, sinks, drinking cups, cans, bottle caps, metal shells, automobile covers, etc. in kitchenware. 9. Bulging expands hollow workpieces or tubular parts radially outwards, so that the local radial size increases as required. 10. The up-and-down forming is through the elongation and deformation of the local material, which is the partial depression or protrusion of the workpiece. 11. Flanging the outer edge along the contour curve to turn the outer edge material into a side short side. 12. Inner edge flanging Turn the material at the edge of the inner hole into a vertical edge along the closed curve. 13. Reducing diameter reduces the mouth or middle diameter of hollow workpieces or tubular parts. Necking is generally used for butt joints of steel pipes. 14. Flaring is the expansion of the opening of a hollow workpiece or tubular part to form a product with a larger mouth diameter. 15. The curling edge rolls the material at the opening edge of the hollow part into a circle along the closed curve. 16. Flatter and flatter is to flatten flat parts with arches or warps to improve their straightness. Shaping is to change the shape and size of the formed workpiece by a small amount of local deformation of the material by stamping to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece. Through the introduction and pictures of the 16 processing types, we can understand more clearly what kind of processing technology is stamping, and in our daily life, we can also effectively identify which products are processed by stamping technology. .
