Press the surface of the stamping part with a flexible sand net and grind it to the entire surface in the longitudinal direction. Any pitting and indentation are easy to find. Refueling check Wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze. Then use a clean brush to apply oil evenly on the entire outer surface of the stamping in the same direction. Place the stamped parts coated with oil under strong light for inspection. It is recommended that the stamped parts be erected on the body. This method can easily find tiny pits, pits and ripples on the stamping parts. Visual inspection. Visual inspection is mainly used to find abnormal appearance and macro defects of stamping parts. The inspection fixture puts the stamping parts into the inspection tool, and inspects the stamping parts according to the operating requirements of the inspection tool manual. Production problems, safe production. In actual production, process tests similar to the stamping process are often used, such as deep drawing performance test, bulging performance test, etc., to check the stamping performance of the material to ensure the quality of the finished product and a high pass rate. The precision and structure of the mold directly affect the forming and precision of the stamping parts. Mold manufacturing cost and life are important factors that affect the cost and quality of stamping parts. Mold design and manufacturing require more time, which extends the production preparation time for new stamping parts.
