In addition to the thread size of threaded fasteners after plating, when there is no special requirement, other product size requirements apply to pre-plating inspection, and no inspection after plating. In order to ensure the screwability of the thread after plating, the inspection of the thread after plating is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3934, and the tolerance zone is h or H thread through gauge to inspect the external thread or the internal thread. In other words, the size of the external thread after electroplating should not exceed the zero line, and the internal thread should not be lower than the zero line. The appearance, corrosion resistance, adhesion and toughness of the electroplated layer after plating shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
