Any burr that affects the degree of adhesion of the welded edges is unacceptable. Any burr that can easily cause personal injury is unacceptable. Any punching burrs that affect part positioning and assembly are unacceptable. 8 Stacking inspection method: visually, the outer covering parts are not allowed to have overlapping defects. The different degrees of overlapping defects of the inner covering parts will cause customer complaints. The functional precision stamping parts also affect the assembly of the parts and the strength of the body. 9 Corrosion inspection method: visual inspection and dissection. Corrosion is the long-term storage or improper storage of precision stamping parts that causes rust, which has a vital impact on the function, strength and fatigue resistance of stamping parts. 10 Inspection methods for polishing defects and polishing marks: visual inspection, oilstone polishing Type A defects: polished through, clearly visible on the outer surface, and immediately visible to all customers. Type B defects: can be seen and touched, and can be proved after polishing in disputed areas. Class C defect: It can be seen after polishing with oilstone. 11 Inspection method for cracks: visually. Any chipping of the outer cover is unacceptable. For the inner cover parts, only slight cracks are allowed to be repaired by welding, but the repaired parts are not easy for customers to find and must meet the repair standards of precision stamping parts. 12 Necking inspection method: visual inspection and dissection. Necking is a potential dangerous fracture point in the forming process of precision stamping parts, which has a vital influence on the function, strength and fatigue resistance of precision stamping parts. According to the degree of necking, it is judged whether the precision stamping parts are qualified, repaired, scrapped, etc. The necking of the outer cover affects the appearance of the whole vehicle, which is unacceptable for customers. 13 Pockmark inspection method: visual inspection, whetstone polishing, touch, oiling. Type A defects: Pockmarks are concentrated, and pits are distributed over 2/3 of the entire area. Type B defects: pitting can be seen and touched. Type C defects: Separate pits can be seen after polishing, and the distance between pits is required to be 300mm or more in zone 1.
