In use, we also considered the rigidity of the tool holder after lengthening, and the adverse effects caused by resonance during cutting, so we chose the taper tool holder, and adopted a small cutting depth, high speed, high feed. The speed processing method reduces the damage of the tool to the greatest extent, and also increases the processing efficiency several times. Now through the preparation of the program, the mold structure surface can be automated unmanned processing on the CNC machine tool.
