Therefore, if you do not operate and adjust the equipment in accordance with the operation instructions during grinding, various defects will appear on the working surface of the bearing, which will affect The overall quality of the bearing.

During precision grinding of bearings, due to the high requirements for roughness, the grinding marks on the working surface can often be observed with the naked eye. There are mainly the following types of grinding marks on the surface. The reason for the appearance of cross spiral traces is mainly due to the poor straightness of the generatrix of the grinding wheel and the presence of unevenness. During grinding, the grinding wheel and the workpiece are only partly in contact. When the workpiece or the grinding wheel moves back and forth several times, The performance of the workpiece will reproduce the cross spiral and can be observed with the naked eye. The pitch of these spirals is related to the speed of the workpiece table, the rotation speed of the workpiece, and is also related to the non-parallelism of the grinding wheel axis line and the table guide rail.

(1) The main reasons for the formation of the spiral line 1. The grinding wheel is poorly dressed, the corners are not chamfered, and the coolant is not used for trimming; 2. The guide rail of the workbench guides too much lubricant, which causes the workbench to float; 3. The accuracy is not good; 4. The grinding pressure is too high, etc. (2) There are reasons for the formation of the spiral line 1. The V-shaped guide rail has poor rigidity. When grinding, the grinding wheel is offset, but the edge of the grinding wheel is in contact with the working surface; 2. The reversing speed of the worktable is unstable and the accuracy is when the noisy wheel is trimmed. It is not high, so that a certain edge of the grinding wheel is slightly trimmed; 3. The rigidity of the workpiece itself is poor; 4. There are broken and peeled sand particles on the grinding wheel and the iron filings under the grinding of the workpiece accumulate on the surface of the grinding wheel. Therefore, it should be trimmed well. The grinding wheel is rinsed with cooling water or brushed clean.
